Delivery and Shipping For our electronics and mechanical products, delivery occurs when the goods are handed over to the purchaser, carrier company, or delivery representative. For software products, delivery occurs once the software codes and data are emailed to the customer’s registered email address.

Any claim by the purchaser for non or incorrect delivery must be advised to Faxonic Tech within 5 days of receiving the goods. In the case of software-based products, delivery is considered complete when we send the digital goods through email or any online medium that can be shown as proof.

Faxonic Tech is not liable in case the delivery/shipping company causes delays in the product delivery. Customers should provide any KYC (Know Your Customer) document required for customs clearance by the shipping company. Any import duties charged by the recipient country are to be paid by the customer if applicable.

We demonstrate our product features through videos at the time of purchase. If the purchaser fails to take delivery of the goods or fails to provide adequate delivery instructions, and the product returns to Faxonic Tech, we reserve the right to decide whether to charge an additional cost for the return cost incurred before re-shipping.

Returns and Refunds

We offer an Easy Returns & Refunds Process to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, ensuring all components and accessories are included.
  4. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the package back to our returns address, which will be provided during the RMA process.

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund amount will depend on the condition of the product and the reason for the return.
