Software Systems Warranty

All software products sold by Faxonic Tech are thoroughly tested before delivery to ensure the highest quality standards. Our software systems undergo rigorous quality assurance processes before every order. Additionally, we provide 6 months of free worldwide software installation and troubleshooting support for all software systems sold. While software system orders may be cancelled before code delivery, they are not subject to cancellation after the source code has been provided. We recommend that customers review all features and details available in the free documentation accompanying each software system before placing their orders.

Electronics Kits Warranty

At Faxonic Tech, we take great care in ensuring that all our electronics-based kits are output-tested and free from defects (except for Self-Builder Kits, as these are assembled by the customer). We use premium packaging materials and partner with top shipping companies to ensure that your kits arrive in perfect condition. In the event that any defects are found in the kit, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the purchased products.

Any defects or issues with electronics kits must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery. Our liability under this warranty is contingent upon our satisfaction that the issue is due to faulty materials or workmanship. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by incorrect connection or improper use of the material. Additionally, we will not be liable for any damage caused to the kit due to the connection of third-party devices without our consent. Rest assured, all our kits undergo thorough quality testing before each delivery.

Electronics Project Kit Issues Support:

Our project kits are rigorously tested multiple times before dispatch and are shipped with the best packaging standards. If a user reports any working issues, these must be reported to Faxonic Tech within 5 days of product delivery receipt. Any project kit issues reported after 5 days are not eligible for the Circuit Issue Solving Process described below:

Circuit Issue Solving Process:

1. The client needs to install Skype (a free video calling tool) on their PC with webcam support.
2. The client must report the issues to us through a video call.
3. Our technical support team will work to resolve the issues through this process.
4. In extreme cases where the issues persist, the client must send us the main circuit system (without the extra kit contents) through a shipping company to the following address: [Faxonic Tech Address].
5. We will first verify that the system microcontroller has not been tampered with or replaced after our initial delivery.
6. If the system passes the verification test, we will check the system’s functionality and correct any issues found. Faxonic Tech will bear the cost of sending the working circuit system back to the client.
7. If the system, microcontroller, or circuit is found to be tampered with, Faxonic Tech is not liable for any changes made to the circuit, and the client will bear the shipping charges for sending and receiving the system.

Mechanical Kits Warranty:

All our mechanical-based kits are output-tested and free from defects. We use premium packaging materials and partner with top shipping companies to ensure that your kits arrive in perfect condition. In the event that any defects are found in the kit, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the purchased products. Clients need to install Skype (a free video calling tool) on their PC with webcam support to avail our technical support through video calling. Any defects or issues with mechanical kits must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery. Our liability under this warranty is contingent upon our satisfaction that the issue is due to faulty materials or workmanship. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by incorrect connection or improper use of the kit. Additionally, we will not be liable for any damage caused to the kit due to the connection of third-party devices or equipment without our consent. All our kits undergo thorough quality testing before each delivery.
