Leveraging advanced engineering principles, this solar water heater employs an ingenious coiling system that maximizes heat absorption and retention. Strategically arranged steel pipes allow water to pass through, directly exposed to solar rays for optimal heating. Furthermore, a meticulously designed setup, including a black-painted metal plate and reflective sheets, captures and concentrates additional solar radiation onto the pipes, amplifying the heating process.
The system incorporates a low-power pump motor, requiring only 50 watts of external power supply, which circulates water from a storage tank through the heated pipes and back into the tank. This continuous circulation ensures that the water is consistently heated, providing warm water on demand.
